My win is an improved version of invoicequick.app
Being a marketer and building a full-stack app solo is something extraordinary for me. I built it after seeing my friend struggle to create invoices on time. The objective was clear: to build something that helps solopreneurs, freelancers, and small teams generate and send invoices anywhere, anytime in seconds.

My win: Finally got brave enough to test a pricing hypothesis.

Context: I've been building imdone-cli (manages Jira issues as markdown files in your repo) and kept seeing traffic to the pricing page but zero conversions at $18/month.

Classic founder question: Is it the price or the messaging?

So this week I'm running a short experiment β€” $9/month for single developers (Dec 1-7) to see if price was actually the blocker.

The real win isn't the experiment itself β€” it's getting over the fear of "what if people think I'm desperate" and just testing the hypothesis.

Already learned: Being transparent about testing pricing feels way better than agonizing over spreadsheets for another month.

If anyone's been in this spot (or has thoughts on pricing experiments), I'm all ears. 🎧
