My win is an improved version of invoicequick.app
Being a marketer and building a full-stack app solo is something extraordinary for me. I built it after seeing my friend struggle to create invoices on time. The objective was clear: to build something that helps solopreneurs, freelancers, and small teams generate and send invoices anywhere, anytime in seconds.
A quick release of the GitHub Action for checking spelling, that I am the current maintainer of:
The core component was updated pretty fast by it's maintainer on a user request, so I wanted to react fast too, not that it is a race...
Getting a gaming-grade pc
My win: Finally got brave enough to test a pricing hypothesis.
Context: I've been building imdone-cli (manages Jira issues as markdown files in your repo) and kept seeing traffic to the pricing page but zero conversions at $18/month.
Classic founder question: Is it the price or the messaging?
So this week I'm running a short experiment β $9/month for single developers (Dec 1-7) to see if price was actually the blocker.
The real win isn't the experiment itself β it's getting over the fear of "what if people think I'm desperate" and just testing the hypothesis.
Already learned: Being transparent about testing pricing feels way better than agonizing over spreadsheets for another month.
If anyone's been in this spot (or has thoughts on pricing experiments), I'm all ears. π§
Started a project for a new (possibly long-term) client!
I joined dev.to!
I made a Go TUI to hack the beach :

I got ~1.8k to my new oss! github.com/moazbuilds/CodeMachine-CLI
I took initiative on a cross-team collaboration and helped align our goals more effectively, which Iβm proud of.
My win is built

The result of my overthinking about my plans and future with the limitations (energy, material, time) that I have.
