Yes and no - console.log still gets the job done in many cases, so why would we have to stop using it? But yes, in some cases the variants that you mentioned (console.table etc) can be useful ...
I'm also somehow not convinced of the benefits of using a debugger with Javascript - it's "async based", which tends to make 'traditional' debugging a bit of a nightmare ...
With a language like PHP, I love my debugger - with Javascript, I've never become a "convert" ... log.console (or the more modern variants of it) for me.
