Forward to BotticelliBots v.0.9

Several new main issues, currently we're working on:

• Easiness of deployment — Docker: provide Dockerfiles, docker-compose examples, and documented deployment steps; aim for one-command startup.
• Output BotId while starting a bot — log/display the BotId at startup for tracking and debugging.
• Botticelli.Framework unit tests — create and run unit tests for the Botticelli.Framework components. Target coverage — minimum 30% unit test coverage for Botticelli.Framework.
