One Place to Read Engineering Blogs from Netflix, Google, Meta & More ๐Ÿš€

As developers, we love reading engineering blogs from top tech companies. They share deep insights into how large-scale systems are built, the challenges they face, and the creative solutions they come up with.

But thereโ€™s a problem: these blogs are scattered across different websites. One day Iโ€™m on Netflixโ€™s tech blog, the next on Googleโ€™s, and then I forget to check Metaโ€™s altogether.

So, I decided to fix that:

Introducing raceintel.cloud ๐ŸŒ

I built raceintel.cloud, a simple aggregator where you can read engineering blogs from top tech companies in one place.
Right now, it includes 10 companies, including:

  • Netflix
  • Airbnb
  • Facebook
  • Spotify
  • GitHub
  • Google
  • Pinterest
  • Slack
  • Cloudflare
  • Dropbox

Instead of hopping between sites, you can just open raceintel.cloud and explore the latest posts.

How I Built It โš™๏ธ

Backend: FastAPIโ€“ lightweight, fast, and async-friendly.
Backend is hosted on render.com

Frontend: Next.js โ€“ for a modern, responsive UI and smooth navigation.
Frontend is hosted on vercel.com

This project was a motivation to build something that I would genuinely use and hope that people on the internet would also find this website useful. I also learned a lot about how to deploy websites and connect between frontend and backend on the cloud.

Whatโ€™s Next ๐Ÿ”ฎ

  • Adding more companies (suggestions welcome!)
  • Search and filtering by topic
  • Maybe even a personalized feed

Try It Out & Share Feedback ๐Ÿ’ฌ

๐Ÿ‘‰ raceintel.cloud

Iโ€™d love for you to check it out and let me know what you think.
Thanks for reading, and happy learning! ๐Ÿš€
